Smart Defence System runs one-week self-defence holiday camps for children at Mougins School during the holidays, providing a safe and supportive environment for learning essential life skills. Training is delivered in a fun and gentle way, with sessions designed to engage children through games and interactive activities while still instilling important concepts such as personal safety, situational awareness, and respectful behaviour. By blending play with practical learning, the programme helps children build confidence, awareness, and teamwork, ensuring they leave with valuable skills for both everyday life and their future development. We are also to organise events such as team building and birthday parties.
